–<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>T\u00ecm d\u1ecb nguy\u00ean g\u00e2y ra l\u00e0 quan tr\u1ecdng nh\u1ea5t, th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n t\u00ecm ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng b\u00ec m\u00f4 v\u1edbi h\u00e0ng lo\u1ea1t d\u1ecb nguy\u00ean kh\u00e1c nhau \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u00e1n tr\u00ean da, ho\u1eb7c t\u00ecm ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng n\u1ed9i b\u00ec (l.D.R).<\/span><\/p>\n

3.1 Vi\u00eam m\u0169i theo m\u00f9a:<\/i><\/b> th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ea5y \u1edf ng\u01b0\u1eddi tr\u1ebb, tr\u1ebb em l\u1edbn, hi\u1ebfm g\u1eb7p <\/span>\u1edf<\/i><\/b> ng\u01b0\u1eddi gi\u00e0, c\u00f3 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 gia \u0111\u00ecnh, di truy\u1ec1n r\u00f5.<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u1ecb nguy\u00ean th\u01b0\u1eddng l\u00e0 ph\u00e2n hoa v\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh l\u00e0 vi\u00eam m\u0169i d\u1ecb \u1ee9ng m\u00f9a xu\u00e2n v\u1edbi d\u1ecb nguy\u00ean hoa c\u1ecf.<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u1ecb nguy\u00ean r\u1ea5t \u0111a d\u1ea1ng: th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p l\u00e0 b\u1ee5i nh\u00e0, acarien, n\u1ea5m m\u1ed1c… nhi\u1ec1u khi kh\u00f4ng x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c.<\/span><\/p>\n

C\u00e1c tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng kh\u00f4ng \u0111i\u1ec3n h\u00ecnh nh\u01b0 vi\u00eam m\u0169i theo m\u00f9a, ng\u1ea1t t\u1eafc m\u0169i l\u00e0 tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p v\u00e0 g\u00e2y kh\u00f3 ch\u1ecbu nh\u1ea5t, \u0111\u00f4i khi g\u1eb7p ch\u1ea3y n\u01b0\u1edbc m\u0169i ra sau, xu\u1ed1ng v\u00f2m. Tuy kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 b\u1ec7nh t\u00edch c\u1ee7a d\u1ecb \u1ee9ng nh\u01b0ng d\u1ecb \u1ee9ng m\u0169i xoang th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u00e2y n\u00ean polyp m\u0169i hay c\u1ea3 \u1ed5 xoang.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trong \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n nhi\u1ec5m khu\u1ea9n, v\u1ec7 sinh k\u00e9m, c\u01a1 \u0111\u1ecba suy y\u1ebfu, d\u1ecb \u1ee9ng m\u0169i xoang d\u1ec5 th\u00e0nh vi\u00eam m\u0169i xoang nhi\u1ec5m khu\u1ea9n.
