C\u00e1c nguy\u00ean l\u00fd chung trong qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd b\u1ec7nh c\u1ea7u th\u1eadn theo KDIGO 2021.<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1. Sinh thi\u1ebft th\u1eadn.<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinmec.com\/vi\/ung-buou-xa-tri\/thong-tin-suc-khoe\/nhung-dieu-can-biet-ve-sinh-thiet\/\">Sinh thi\u1ebft th\u1eadn<\/a> l\u00e0 ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n v\u00e0ng trong \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 b\u1ec7nh c\u1ea7u th\u1eadn, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 xem x\u00e9t trong m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 t\u00ecnh hu\u1ed1ng c\u00f3 ti\u1ec3u \u0111\u1ea1m v\u00e0\/ho\u1eb7c ti\u1ec3u m\u00e1u t\u1eeb c\u1ea7u th\u1eadn. Nh\u01b0ng \u0111\u00edch \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb kh\u00f4ng kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh nguy\u00ean v\u1edbi PCR &lt;200 mg\/g (&lt;20 mg\/mmol) ho\u1eb7c&lt;8 mg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>\/hour trong m\u1eabu n\u01b0\u1edbc ti\u1ec3u 24h cho t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 tr\u1ebb v\u1edbi b\u1ec7nh c\u1ea7u th\u1eadn.<\/li>\n<li>\u1ede ng\u01b0\u1eddi l\u1edbn \u01b0u ti\u00ean t\u00ednh eGFR theo c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c CKD-EPI, v\u00e0 c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c Schwartz \u01b0u ti\u00ean cho tr\u1ebb em. C\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c FAS c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng cho c\u1ea3 ng\u01b0\u1eddi l\u1edbn v\u00e0 tr\u1ebb em.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.3. Khuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1o c\u1ee7a KDIGO v\u1ec1 \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 \u0111\u00e1i m\u00e1u.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0110\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 th\u01b0\u1eddng quy c\u1eb7n l\u1eafng n\u01b0\u1edbc ti\u1ec3u v\u1ec1 h\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng h\u1ed3ng c\u1ea7u v\u00e0 s\u1ef1 hi\u1ec7n tr\u1ee5 h\u1ed3ng c\u1ea7u v\u00e0\/ho\u1eb7c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o gai \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c khuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1o cho t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 b\u1ec7nh c\u1ea7u th\u1eadn.<\/li>\n<li>Theo d\u00f5i \u0111\u00e1i m\u00e1u (m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 v\u00e0 di\u1ec5n ti\u1ebfn) c\u00f3 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb ti\u00ean l\u01b0\u1ee3ng trong nhi\u1ec1u th\u1ec3 b\u1ec7nh c\u1ea7u th\u1eadn. \u0110\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t c\u00f3 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng trong b\u1ec7nh th\u1eadn IgA v\u00e0 vi\u00eam m\u1ea1ch m\u00e1u.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.4. C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 chuy\u1ec3n sang l\u1ee3i ti\u1ec3u quai t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng d\u00e0i nh\u01b0 bumetanide ho\u1eb7c torsemide\/torasemide n\u1ebfu lo ng\u1ea1i th\u1ea5t b\u1ea1i v\u1edbi furosemide ho\u1eb7c gi\u1ea3m sinh kh\u1ea3 d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng u\u1ed1ng.<\/li>\n<li>H\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf Na trong ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 \u0103n.
