N\u1ebfu s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng thu\u1ed1c n\u00e0y c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 th\u00ec n\u00ean duy tr\u00ec, n\u1ebfu ch\u01b0a \u0111\u1ea1t y\u00eau c\u1ea7u v\u00e0 c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ee5 th\u00ec n\u00ean ch\u1ecdn lo\u1ea1i thu\u1ed1c kh\u00e1c thu\u1ed9c nh\u00f3m ch\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ed9ng kinh nh\u01b0 Gabapentin &#8230;. b\u1edfi v\u00ec n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 trong m\u00e1u c\u1ee7a Tegretol kh\u00f4ng t\u01b0\u01a1ng quan v\u1edbi gi\u1ea3m \u0111au. Tegretol v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u kh\u1edfi \u0111\u1ea7u l\u00e0 100 mg ho\u1eb7c 200mg\/ng\u00e0y sau \u0111\u00f3 t\u0103ng d\u1ea7n v\u00e0 li\u1ec1u t\u1ed1i \u0111a c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00ean \u0111\u1ebfn 1.200 mg ho\u1eb7c 1.800 mg\/ng\u00e0y. T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ee5 c\u1ee7a Carbamazepine c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 g\u00e2y t\u1eafc ngh\u1ebdn m\u1ea1ch ho\u1eb7c r\u1ed1i lo\u1ea1n ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng gan. V\u00ec v\u1eady, khi b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng thu\u1ed1c n\u00e0y c\u1ea7n ki\u1ec3m tra m\u00e1u v\u00e0 ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng gan \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3.
