Ph\u00f9 n\u1ec1 l\u00e0 \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t, th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c coi l\u00e0 tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng \u0111\u1eb7c tr\u01b0ng c\u1ee7a MRS v\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean ho\u1eb7c duy nh\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n di\u1ec7n.<\/p>\n<p>L\u01b0\u1ee1i n\u1ee9t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 c\u00e1c r\u00e3nh tr\u00ean l\u01b0\u1ee1i s\u00e2u kho\u1ea3ng 2mm (0,07 inch) v\u00e0 d\u00e0i 15mm (0,6 inch). B\u00e0i ti\u1ebft tuy\u1ebfn n\u01b0\u1edbc b\u1ecdt c\u0169ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m. M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn MRS, l\u01b0\u1ee1i n\u1ee9t c\u0169ng c\u00f3 m\u1eb7t \u1edf kho\u1ea3ng 0,5-5% d\u00e2n s\u1ed1 n\u00f3i chung v\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 gia \u0111\u00ecnh ho\u1eb7c di truy\u1ec1n.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u1ebfu c\u01a1 m\u1eb7t v\u00e0 t\u00ea li\u1ec7t (li\u1ec7t m\u1eb7t) x\u1ea3y ra \u1edf 30-90% nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ecb \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng v\u1edbi MRS. N\u00f3 th\u01b0\u1eddng x\u1ea3y ra sau v\u00e0i \u0111\u1ee3t ph\u00f9 n\u1ec1 \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean nh\u01b0ng \u0111\u00f4i khi n\u00f3 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean v\u00e0 duy nh\u1ea5t. Trong 13-50% c\u00e1c c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n b\u1ecb \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng, li\u1ec7t m\u1eb7t c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn ph\u00f9 m\u1eb7t. Li\u1ec7t m\u1eb7t c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u1edf m\u1ed9t b\u00ean (\u0111\u01a1n ph\u01b0\u01a1ng) ho\u1eb7c c\u1ea3 hai (song ph\u01b0\u01a1ng) v\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 kh\u1ecfi, nh\u01b0ng c\u0169ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh v\u0129nh vi\u1ec5n.
