Ngu\u1ed3n b\u1ec7nh ch\u00ednh l\u00e0 c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i ch\u00f3, m\u00e8o nhi\u1ec5m giun\u00a0Gnathostoma spinigerum<\/i>. (1). \u1ede v\u1eadt ch\u1ee7 ch\u00ednh, giun tr\u01b0\u1edfng th\u00e0nh s\u1ed1ng \u1edf th\u00e0nh d\u1ea1 d\u00e0y, \u0111\u1ebb tr\u1ee9ng v\u00e0 tr\u1ee9ng ra ngo\u00e0i theo ph\u00e2n.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2). Tr\u1ee9ng h\u00ecnh th\u00e0nh ph\u1ed1i v\u00e0 gi\u1ea3i ph\u00f3ng \u1ea5u tr\u00f9ng giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 1 (L1) trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng n\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/span><\/p>\n

(4). Khi lo\u00e0i gi\u00e1p x\u00e1c b\u1ecb nu\u1ed1t b\u1edfi c\u00e1, \u1ebfch, r\u1eafn (v\u1eadt ch\u1ee7 trung gian th\u1ee9 2), \u1ea5u tr\u00f9ng EL3 di chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ebfn m\u00f4 c\u01a1 v\u00e0 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n th\u00e0nh giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 3 ho\u00e0n ch\u1ec9nh (AL3).<\/span><\/p>\n

(6). \u1ede m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 v\u1eadt ch\u1ee7 mang, \u1ea5u tr\u00f9ng gi\u1eef nguy\u00ean tr\u1ea1ng th\u00e1i AL3 v\u00e0 t\u00ednh l\u00e2y nhi\u1ec5m.<\/span><\/p>\n

(7). Ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ecb b\u1ec7nh khi \u0103n ph\u1ea3i th\u1ecbt ch\u01b0a ch\u00edn k\u1ef9 c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u1eadt c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9a \u1ea5u tr\u00f9ng giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 3 (AL3).<\/span><\/p>\n

6. L\u00e2m s\u00e0ng<\/h2>\n

Sau 2-4 tu\u1ea7n k\u1ec3 t\u1eeb khi nhi\u1ec5m \u1ea5u tr\u00f9ng\u00a0Gnathostoma<\/i>\u00a0spp., ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng nh\u01b0 s\u1ed1t, m\u1ec7t m\u1ecfi, \u0103n k\u00e9m, bu\u1ed3n n\u00f4n v\u00e0 n\u00f4n, ti\u00eau ch\u1ea3y, \u0111au b\u1ee5ng kh\u00f4ng r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng. Sau \u0111\u00f3 \u1ea5u tr\u00f9ng di chuy\u1ec3n v\u00e0 g\u00e2y ra c\u00e1c th\u1ec3 l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u1ee9ng.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.1. Th\u1ec3 \u1edf da v\u00e0 m\u00f4 m\u1ec1m<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

7. C\u1eadn l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng<\/h2>\n

7.1. X\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

– ELISA: ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n c\u00f3 kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 IgG trong huy\u1ebft thanh ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh kh\u00e1ng v\u1edbi kh\u00e1ng nguy\u00ean c\u1ee7a\u00a0Gnathostoma<\/i>\u00a0spp.<\/span><\/p>\n

– C\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c m\u00e1u: th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1ea5y b\u1ea1ch c\u1ea7u to\u00e0n ph\u1ea7n t\u0103ng, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 b\u1ea1ch c\u1ea7u \u00e1i toan trong m\u00e1u t\u0103ng cao (c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 > 50%).<\/span><\/p>\n

– X\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m IgE to\u00e0n ph\u1ea7n trong m\u00e1u th\u01b0\u1eddng t\u0103ng.<\/span><\/p>\n

– X\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m ph\u00e2n: t\u00ecm c\u00e1c k\u00fd sinh tr\u00f9ng kh\u00e1c \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n lo\u1ea1i tr\u1eeb.<\/span><\/p>\n

– C\u00e1c k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt sinh h\u1ecdc ph\u00e2n t\u1eed nh\u01b0 PCR, RFLP, gi\u1ea3i tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 gen \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ecbnh lo\u00e0i.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.2. Ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n h\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n
