Statin l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p cholesterol \u1edf gan b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n enzyme\u00a0 HMG-CoA reductase, l\u00e0 b\u01b0\u1edbc h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 trong sinh t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p cholesterol. 2. T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng tr\u00ean lipid\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

2.1 Cholesterol lipoprotein m\u1eadt \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ea5p\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

M\u1ee9c gi\u1ea3m LDL-C<\/a> ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o li\u1ec1u v\u00e0 kh\u00e1c nhau gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c statin kh\u00e1c nhau. Ph\u00e1c\u00a0 \u0111\u1ed3 c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 cao \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 li\u1ec1u statin l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m LDL-C \u226550% (trung b\u00ecnh);\u00a0 Li\u1ec7u ph\u00e1p c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 trung b\u00ecnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 li\u1ec1u statin d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn s\u1ebd gi\u1ea3m 30- 50% LDL-C. \u0110\u00e1ng ch\u00fa \u00fd, c\u00f3 s\u1ef1 kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c c\u00e1 th\u1ec3 trong vi\u1ec7c gi\u1ea3m\u00a0 LDL-C v\u1edbi c\u00f9ng m\u1ed9t li\u1ec1u statin. \u0110\u00e1p \u1ee9ng k\u00e9m v\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb statin trong c\u00e1c\u00a0 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng \u1edf m\u1ed9t m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 n\u00e0o \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 do tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 k\u00e9m, nh\u01b0ng c\u0169ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch b\u1edfi n\u1ec1n t\u1ea3ng di truy\u1ec1n. 2.2 Triglyceride\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Statin th\u01b0\u1eddng l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 TG t\u1eeb 10-20% so v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c ban \u0111\u1ea7u [199]. C\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i\u00a0 statin m\u1ea1nh (atorvastatin, rosuvastatin v\u00e0 pitavastatin) cho th\u1ea5y l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m m\u1ea1nh\u00a0 n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 TG, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t \u1edf li\u1ec1u cao v\u00e0 \u1edf nh\u1eefng b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n t\u0103ng TG (HTG) – t\u1ee9c l\u00e0 t\u0103ng\u00a0 nguy c\u01a1 tuy\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed1i – v\u00e0 do \u0111\u00f3 gi\u1ea3m nguy c\u01a1 tuy\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed1i m\u1ea1nh h\u01a1n.<\/p>\n

2.4 Lipoprotein (a)\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Statin ch\u1ec9 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng nh\u1eb9 \u0111\u1ebfn n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 Lp (a) huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng. C\u00e1c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00e2y\u00a0 cho th\u1ea5y kh\u00f4ng \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng ho\u1eb7c l\u00e0m t\u0103ng Lp (a) sau khi \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb statin. C\u01a1\u00a0 ch\u1ebf m\u00e0 statin l\u00e0m t\u0103ng phospholipid oxy h\u00f3a tr\u00ean Lp (a) c\u1ea7n ph\u1ea3i nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u th\u00eam.<\/p>\n

3. T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng kh\u00e1c c\u1ee7a statin\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ch\u00ednh c\u1ee7a statin l\u00e0 l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 LDL-C, m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng\u00a0 kh\u00e1c, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u00f3 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng quan tr\u1ecdng \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ec1 xu\u1ea5t (t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng nhi\u1ec1u h\u01b0\u1edbng c\u1ee7a\u00a0 statin).
