1.Gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u chung\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

V\u00e0o th\u00e1ng 9 n\u0103m 2022, FDA \u0111\u00e3 ph\u00ea duy\u1ec7t ho\u1ea1t ch\u1ea5t Gadopiclenol v\u1edbi bi\u1ec7t d\u01b0\u1ee3c Elucirem \u0111\u1ec3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng trong ch\u1ee5p c\u1ed9ng h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1eeb (MRI) c\u00f3 c\u1ea3n quang. H\u01a1n n\u1eefa, c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec3m cu\u1ed1i \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng x\u00e9t v\u1ec1 l\u1ee3i \u00edch ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n c\u1ee7a vi\u1ec7c ti\u00eam Gadopiclenol (0,05 mmol\/kg) trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh ki\u1ec3m tra MRI d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean 2 ti\u00eau ch\u00ed: (1) so s\u00e1nh gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m c\u00f3 s\u1ef1 tham gia c\u1ee7a Gadopiclenol v\u00e0 c\u00e1c x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 (2) so s\u00e1nh gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng Gadopiclenol (0,05 mmol\/kg) so v\u1edbi Gadobutrol (0,1 mmol\/kg) trong vi\u1ec7c quan s\u00e1t v\u00e0 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n c\u00e1c t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u1ee7a CNS.
