T\u1ea5m l\u01b0\u1edbi c\u1ea7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1eaft v\u00e0 c\u0103n ch\u1ec9nh k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ec3 tr\u00e1nh cu\u1ed9n g\u00f3c (do qu\u00e1 to) hay x\u00f4 l\u1ec7ch v\u1ecb tr\u00ed (do qu\u00e1 nh\u1ecf) khi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1eb7t v\u00e0o trong khoang.<\/p>\n

f. Kh\u00e2u \u0111\u00f3ng hai l\u1edbp: d\u01b0\u1edbi da v\u00e0 da b\u1eb1ng ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau s\u1ee3i nh\u1ecf (vicryl 3.0 – 4.0).<\/p>\n

h. B\u0103ng Betadine th\u1ea5m kh\u00f4 \u0111\u1eb7t v\u00e0o v\u1ebft m\u1ed5. Tr\u00e1nh \u0111\u1ec3 b\u0103ng ch\u1ea1m v\u00e0o v\u00f9ng h\u1eadu m\u00f4n g\u00e2y nhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng v\u00f9ng m\u1ed5.<\/p>\n

5. Theo d\u00f5i v\u00e0 x\u1eed tr\u00ed tai bi\u1ebfn sau ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt b\u1ec7nh Rectocele<\/b><\/h2>\n

5.1. Theo d\u00f5i:<\/b><\/h3>\n

– Theo d\u00f5i t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng to\u00e0n th\u00e2n v\u00e0 t\u1ea1i v\u00f9ng ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt:<\/p>\n

+ M\u1ea1ch, huy\u1ebft \u00e1p, nh\u1ecbp th\u1edf, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9, tri gi\u00e1c<\/p>\n

+ Theo d\u00f5i t\u1ea1i v\u1ebft m\u1ed5: Ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u, ch\u1ea3y d\u1ecbch, \u0111au.<\/p>\n

+ Khi ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt b\u1eb1ng g\u00e2y t\u00ea t\u1ee7y s\u1ed1ng, ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh th\u01b0\u1eddng b\u00ed \u0111\u00e1i trong ng\u00e0y \u0111\u1ea7u, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1eb7t sonde b\u00e0ng quang.<\/p>\n

– D\u00f9ng thu\u1ed1c gi\u1ea3m \u0111au, kh\u00e1ng sinh n\u1ebfu c\u1ea7n; thu\u1ed1c nhu\u1eadn tr\u00e0ng, thu\u1ed1c an th\u1ea7n bu\u1ed5i t\u1ed1i. Th\u01b0\u1eddng truy\u1ec1n d\u1ecbch 500ml – 1000ml sau m\u1ed5.<\/p>\n

– Cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh \u0103n nh\u1eb9, t\u1eadp v\u1eadn \u0111\u1ed9ng s\u1edbm.<\/p>\n

– S\u0103n s\u00f3c v\u1ebft m\u1ed5: Thay b\u0103ng h\u00e0ng ng\u00e0y, khi c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng b\u1ea5t th\u01b0\u1eddng nh\u01b0 ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u, th\u1ea5m d\u1ecbch nhi\u1ec1u ph\u1ea3i ki\u1ec3m tra v\u1ebft m\u1ed5. Ng\u00e2m h\u1eadu m\u00f4n trong n\u01b0\u1edbc \u1ea5m trong m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt theo ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a b\u00e1c s\u1ef9 ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt.<\/p>\n

– Ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cho t\u00e1o b\u00f3n 3-5 ng\u00e0y, nh\u1ecbn \u0103n v\u00e0 nu\u00f4i d\u01b0\u1ee1ng t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch. Sau \u0111\u00f3 duy tr\u00ec \u0103n ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 \u0103n nhu\u1eadn tr\u00e0ng v\u00e0 u\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ee7 n\u01b0\u1edbc. Thu\u1ed1c: Kh\u00e1ng sinh ti\u00eam t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch hai lo\u1ea1i k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p (Beta-lactam v\u00e0 metrodinazole), gi\u1ea3m \u0111au paracetamol, d\u1ecbch truy\u1ec1n \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ea1m nu\u00f4i d\u01b0\u1ee1ng, thu\u1ed1c d\u1ea1 d\u00e0y n\u1ebfu c\u1ea7n.<\/p>\n

– Thay b\u0103ng 3 l\u1ea7n\/ng\u00e0y v\u1edbi c\u00e1c dung d\u1ecbch s\u00e1t khu\u1ea9n sao cho v\u1ebft th\u01b0\u01a1ng li\u1ec1n t\u1eeb s\u00e2u ra n\u00f4ng, ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n s\u1edbm c\u00e1c d\u1ea5u hi\u1ec7u t\u1ee5 d\u1ecbch, nhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng v\u1ebft m\u1ed5.<\/p>\n
