Tuy nhi\u00ean, trong b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd tinh ho\u00e0n l\u1ea1c ch\u1ed7, m\u1ed9t ho\u1eb7c c\u1ea3 hai tinh ho\u00e0n v\u1eabn c\u00f2n b\u00ean trong \u1ed5 b\u1ee5ng. Nguy\u00ean t\u1eafc \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Theo t\u1eebng giai \u0111o\u1ea1n v\u00e0 th\u1ec3 b\u1ec7nh \u0111\u1ec3 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng 3 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p: ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt, x\u1ea1 tr\u1ecb, h\u00f3a tr\u1ecb.<\/li>\n<li>U kh\u00f4ng d\u00f2ng tinh th\u01b0\u1eddng c\u00f3 ti\u00ean l\u01b0\u1ee3ng x\u1ea5u h\u01a1n. S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t c\u0169ng l\u00e0m ti\u00ean l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u1ee7a b\u1ec7nh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n nhi\u1ec1u.<\/li>\n<li>\u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb theo giai \u0111o\u1ea1n T, N, M<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>+ U tinh b\u00e0o:<\/p>\n<p>Giai \u0111o\u1ea1n u khu tr\u00fa \u1edf tinh ho\u00e0n: ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn tr\u01b0\u1edbc ti\u00ean, sau \u0111\u00f3 x\u1ea1 tr\u1ecb. U tinh l\u00e0 lo\u1ea1i ung th\u01b0 r\u1ea5t nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m v\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb b\u1eb1ng x\u1ea1 tr\u1ecb. Li\u1ec1u 25-30Gy v\u00e0o di\u1ec7n u v\u00e0 v\u00f9ng h\u1ea1ch ch\u1eadu, h\u1ea1ch ch\u1ee7 b\u1ee5ng, h\u1ea1ch trung th\u1ea5t v\u00e0 th\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u0111\u00f2n.<\/p>\n<p>Giai \u0111o\u1ea1n di c\u0103n h\u1ea1ch: h\u1ea1ch &lt;5cm \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh tia x\u1ea1, li\u1ec1u 50-70Gy v\u00e0o di\u1ec7n u v\u00e0 h\u1ea1ch li\u00ean quan; h\u1ea1ch &gt;5cm ho\u1eb7c di c\u0103n h\u1ea1ch lan t\u1ecfa n\u00ean \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb b\u1eb1ng h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t, th\u01b0\u1eddng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ph\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed3 c\u00f3 cisplatin (BEP &#8211; \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng kho\u1ea3ng 70-90%).<\/p>\n<p>Giai \u0111o\u1ea1n di c\u0103n c\u00e1c t\u1ea1ng v\u00e0 di c\u0103n tr\u00ean c\u01a1 ho\u00e0nh: li\u1ec7u ph\u00e1p h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t (BEP\u2026) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean. Sau \u0111\u00f3, u c\u00f2n s\u00f3t l\u1ea1i c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt ho\u1eb7c x\u1ea1 tr\u1ecb.<\/p>\n<p>+ U t\u1ebf b\u00e0o m\u1ea7m kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i d\u00f2ng tinh:<\/p>\n<p>Giai \u0111o\u1ea1n u khu tr\u00fa \u1edf tinh ho\u00e0n: ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt n\u1ea1o v\u00e9t h\u1ea1ch; n\u1ebfu tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p l\u00e0 u di c\u0103n th\u00ec \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t (BEP, EP\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Giai \u0111o\u1ea1n di c\u0103n h\u1ea1ch: \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb b\u1eb1ng ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt n\u1ea1o v\u00e9t h\u1ea1ch; n\u1ebfu c\u00f3 di c\u0103n t\u1eeb 6 h\u1ea1ch tr\u1edf l\u00ean ho\u1eb7c u c\u00f3 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc &gt;2cm, \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb b\u1ed5 tr\u1ee3 b\u1eb1ng h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t (BEP, EP\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Giai \u0111o\u1ea1n di c\u0103n xa (tr\u00ean c\u01a1 ho\u00e0nh ho\u1eb7c c\u00e1c t\u1ea1ng trong c\u01a1 th\u1ec3):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>H\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean. Ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn l\u00e0 ph\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed3 (BEP, EP), ph\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed3 n\u00e0y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng v\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian s\u1ed1ng th\u00eam cho b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n, ngo\u00e0i ra c\u00f2n gi\u1ea3m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ed9c t\u00ednh.<\/li>\n<li>Ph\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed3 c\u00f3 cisplatin th\u01b0\u1eddng cho t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng cao h\u01a1n ph\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed3 c\u00f3 carboplatin, v\u00ec th\u1ebf ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nhi\u1ec1u h\u01a1n (BEP, EP, PVB\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p u c\u00f2n s\u00f3t l\u1ea1i sau \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt c\u1eaft b\u1ecf. Sau \u0111\u00f3, truy\u1ec1n th\u00eam h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t.<\/li>\n<li>Tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p t\u00e1i ph\u00e1t ho\u1eb7c kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng v\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ban \u0111\u1ea7u c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh ph\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed3 h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t m\u1ea1nh: VeIP (Vinblastine, ifosfamind, cisplatin).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.2.
