Ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt t\u00e1i sinh m\u00f4 nha chu l\u00e0 g\u00ec?<\/h5>\n<p>Ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt t\u00e1i sinh m\u00f4 nha chu c\u00f3 h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn trong ti\u1ebfng anh l\u00e0 Guided Tissue Regeneration (GTR).<\/p>\n<p>Guided Tissue Regeneration (GTR) l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb trong nha khoa nh\u1eb1m t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o m\u00f4 v\u00e0 ph\u1ee5c h\u1ed3i t\u1ebf b\u00e0o trong c\u00e1c v\u00f9ng m\u00f4 m\u1ec1m xung quanh r\u0103ng. GTR \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 t\u0103ng t\u1ed1c qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o m\u00f4 x\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u00e0 m\u00f4 n\u01b0\u1edbu, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 trong tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p m\u1ea5t m\u00e1t m\u00f4 do b\u1ec7nh nha chu, ch\u1ea5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng ho\u1eb7c ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt.<\/p>\n<h5>1.2. M\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch v\u00e0 l\u1ee3i \u00edch c\u1ee7a GTR trong \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb nha khoa:<\/h5>\n<p>M\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch c\u1ee7a GTR l\u00e0 t\u1ea1o ra m\u1ed9t kh\u00f4ng gian r\u1ed7ng gi\u1eefa m\u00e0ng sinh h\u1ecdc v\u00e0 m\u00f4 xung quanh, t\u1ea1o \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i cho s\u1ef1 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o m\u1edbi v\u00e0 ph\u1ee5c h\u1ed3i t\u1ebf b\u00e0o t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng. Qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt t\u00e1i sinh m\u00f4 nha chu c\u00f3 h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn (GTR):<\/h4>\n<p>\u0110\u1ec3 hi\u1ec3u r\u00f5 h\u01a1n v\u1ec1 qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n GTR trong nha khoa, ch\u00fang ta c\u1ea7n t\u00ecm hi\u1ec3u chi ti\u1ebft v\u1ec1 c\u00e1c b\u01b0\u1edbc chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n GTR, k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt \u0111\u1eb7t m\u00e0ng sinh h\u1ecdc v\u00e0 \u0111\u00f3ng m\u00e0ng, v\u00e0 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a m\u00e0ng sinh h\u1ecdc trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh GTR.<\/p>\n<h5>2.1. C\u00e1c b\u01b0\u1edbc chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n GTR:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n v\u00e0 l\u1eadp k\u1ebf ho\u1ea1ch \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb: Tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n GTR, b\u00e1c s\u0129 nha khoa c\u1ea7n ph\u1ea3i ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng r\u0103ng mi\u1ec7ng c\u1ee7a b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n v\u00e0 l\u1eadp k\u1ebf ho\u1ea1ch \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p.
