T\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam m\u1ed7i n\u0103m c\u00f3 188 ca m\u1edbi m\u1eafc v\u00e0 87 ca t\u1eed vong do ung th\u01b0 \u00e2m h\u1ed9<\/p>\n<h2>1. C\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 nguy c\u01a1 m\u1eafc ung th\u01b0 \u00e2m h\u1ed9<\/h2>\n<p>C\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 nguy c\u01a1 g\u00e2y ung th\u01b0 \u00e2m h\u1ed9 bao g\u1ed3m t\u00e2n sinh trong bi\u1ec3u m\u00f4 \u00e2m h\u1ed9 ho\u1eb7c c\u1ed5 t\u1eed cung, ti\u1ec1n s\u1eed ung th\u01b0 c\u1ed5 t\u1eed cung, h\u00fat thu\u1ed1c l\u00e1, x\u01a1 c\u1ee9ng lichen \u00e2m h\u1ed9, h\u1ed9i ch\u1ee9ng suy gi\u1ea3m mi\u1ec5n d\u1ecbch. C\u00f3 2 qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch cho s\u1ef1 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a ung th\u01b0 bi\u1ec3u m\u00f4 t\u1ebf b\u00e0o v\u1ea3y \u00e2m h\u1ed9<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Th\u1ee9 nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn nhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng u nh\u00fa \u1edf ni\u00eam m\u1ea1c (HPV)<\/li>\n<li>Th\u1ee9 hai l\u00e0 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh vi\u00eam m\u00e3n t\u00ednh (lo\u1ea1n d\u01b0\u1ee1ng \u00e2m h\u1ed9) ho\u1eb7c qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 mi\u1ec5n d\u1ecbch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n m\u1eafc b\u1ec7nh ch\u01b0a r\u00f5, nhi\u1ec5m virus g\u00e2y u nh\u00fa \u1edf ng\u01b0\u1eddi (HPV) l\u00e0m t\u0103ng nguy c\u01a1 b\u1ecb b\u1ec7nh, nhi\u1ec1u tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p b\u1ec7nh xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n sau s\u00f9i m\u00e0o g\u00e0 (condyloma). C\u00f3 kho\u1ea3ng 5% bi\u1ec3u hi\u1ec7n \u0111a \u1ed5 th\u01b0\u1eddng \u1edf nh\u1eefng ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef tr\u1ebb.<\/li>\n<li>V\u1ecb tr\u00ed th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p \u1edf m\u00f4i l\u1edbn (50%), sau \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 m\u00f4i nh\u1ecf (15-20%), hi\u1ebfm g\u1eb7p \u1edf v\u1ecb tr\u00ed \u00e2m v\u1eadt.<\/li>\n<li>C\u1ea7n kh\u00e1m ph\u1ee5 khoa to\u00e0n di\u1ec7n, kh\u00e1m h\u1ea1ch b\u1eb9n, c\u00e1c c\u01a1 quan xung quanh \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 x\u00e2m l\u1ea5n c\u1ee7a b\u1ec7nh.<\/li>\n<li>\u0110\u1ec3 ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n s\u1edbm tr\u01b0\u1edbc m\u1ed9t t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng \u00e2m h\u1ed9, th\u1ea7y thu\u1ed1c c\u1ea7n b\u1ea5m sinh thi\u1ebft. S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng m\u00e1y soi c\u1ed5 t\u1eed cung sau khi ch\u1ea5m acid acetic 3-6% gi\u00fap quan s\u00e1t t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u1ecdn v\u1ecb tr\u00ed sinh thi\u1ebft, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t \u1edf nh\u1eefng ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef c\u00f3 t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng r\u1ed9ng.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.2 C\u1eadn l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sinh thi\u1ebft: gi\u00fap ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh. \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng nh\u1ecf nghi ng\u1edd, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u1eaft g\u1ecdn to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1eeba gi\u00fap ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n, v\u1eeba \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb.<\/li>\n<li>Soi b\u00e0ng quang: x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh xem c\u00f3 x\u00e2m l\u1ea5n b\u00e0ng quang hay kh\u00f4ng. C\u00f3 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb theo d\u00f5i \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb, ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n b\u1ec7nh t\u00e1i ph\u00e1t, di c\u0103n xa.<\/li>\n<li>X\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m huy\u1ebft h\u1ecdc, sinh h\u00f3a m\u00e1u \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng thi\u1ebfu m\u00e1u, ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng gan, th\u1eadn.<\/li>\n<li>X\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m sinh h\u1ecdc ph\u00e2n t\u1eed: gi\u1ea3i tr\u00ecnh t\u1ef1 nhi\u1ec1u gen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4.
