1. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 \u0111i\u1ec3m c\u1ea7n l\u01b0u \u00fd v\u1ec1 \u0111\u00e1i th\u00e1o \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng v\u00e0 COVID-19.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

1.1. C\u01a1 ch\u1ebf khi\u1ebfn b\u1ec7nh \u0111\u00e1i th\u00e1o \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng d\u1ec5 b\u1ecb bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng n\u1eb7ng v\u00e0 t\u1eed vong khi nhi\u1ec5m COVID-19<\/strong><\/h3>\n

– T\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng t\u0103ng n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 IL-6, TNF-a v\u00e0 c\u00e1c cytokines vi\u00eam kh\u00e1c trong huy\u1ebft thanh NB \u0110T\u0110 v\u00e0 c\u00e1c th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m tr\u00ean \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u1eadt cho th\u1ea5y \u0110T\u0110 th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y t\u0103ng s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t IL-6 d\u01b0\u1edbi t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ee7a TLR4 l\u00e0 1 trong c\u00e1c c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf l\u00e0m n\u1eb7ng th\u00eam m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 n\u1eb7ng c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh COVID-19.<\/p>\n

– C\u00e1c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho th\u1ea5y coronavirus, bao g\u1ed3m SARS, nhi\u1ec1u kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng \u0111\u00e3 ho\u1ea1t h\u00f3a TLR3 v\u00e0 TLR4, d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng mi\u1ec5n d\u1ecbch, ti\u1ebfp \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0m t\u0103ng d\u1eef d\u1ed9i c\u00e1c cytokin m\u00e0 ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu l\u00e0 IL-6 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t trong nh\u1eefng nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n h\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7u g\u00e2y t\u1eed vong do vi\u00eam ph\u1ed5i do coronavirus.<\/p>\n

– \u0110T\u0110 v\u00e0 t\u0103ng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng huy\u1ebft (\u0110H) t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng x\u1ea5u l\u00ean di\u1ec5n ti\u1ebfn c\u1ee7a COVID-19. Ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t \u0110H kh\u00f4ng t\u1ed1t (t\u0103ng ho\u1eb7c h\u1ea1 \u0110H) l\u00e0m t\u0103ng nguy c\u01a1 t\u1eed vong, di\u1ec5n ti\u1ebfn b\u1ec7nh m\u1eafc k\u00e8m n\u1eb7ng l\u00ean, k o d\u00e0i th\u1eddi gian n\u1eb1m vi\u1ec7n khi m\u1eafc c\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh kh\u00e1c, t\u0103ng chi ph\u00ed v\u00e0 COVID-19 kh\u00f4ng l\u00e0 ngo\u1ea1i l\u1ec7. – \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb glucocorticoid cho m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 NB l\u00e0m t\u0103ng \u0110H<\/p>\n

– COVID-19 l\u00e0m c\u01a1 th\u1ec3 t\u0103ng s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t c\u00e1c cytokine vi\u00eam, g\u00e2y stress n\u1eb7ng \u1edf c\u00e1c NB n\u1eb7ng v\u00e0 nguy k\u1ecbch<\/p>\n

1.3. \u1ea2nh h\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c thu\u1ed1c \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb COVID-19 l\u00ean \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng huy\u1ebft. <\/strong><\/h3>\n

– C\u00e1c thu\u1ed1c h\u1ea1 s\u1ed1t, gi\u1ea3m \u0111au:<\/p>\n

+ Aspirin li\u1ec1u cao l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m \u0110H<\/p>\n

2. \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh \u0111\u00e1i th\u00e1o \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1eafc COVID-19 n\u1eb1m vi\u1ec7n<\/strong><\/h2>\n

2.1. \u0110\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh.<\/strong><\/h3>\n
