Khi \u0111\u00f3 c\u1ea7n x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m kh\u00e1ng \u0111\u00f4ng l\u01b0u h\u00e0nh \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng n\u1ed9i sinh (PTT h\u1ed7n h\u1ee3p): tr\u1ed9n huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n v\u1edbi huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng b\u00ecnh th\u01b0\u1eddng theo t\u1ec9 l\u1ec7 1:1 \u1ee7 2 gi\u1edd \u1edf 37 \u0111\u1ed9 C.<br \/>\n&#8211; N\u1ebfu APTT v\u1eabn k\u00e9o d\u00e0i ch\u1ee9ng t\u1ecf c\u00f3 ch\u1ea5t \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf -&gt; \u00a0S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p Bethesda (\u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb BU) \u0111\u1ec3 x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ch\u1ea5t \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf.<br \/>\n+ K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 &gt; 5 BU th\u00ec Hemophilia c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u gi\u00e1 kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 cao, c\u1ea7n d\u00f9ng ch\u1ea5t b\u1eafc c\u1ea7u nh\u01b0 APCC, PCC, y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VII ho\u1ea1t h\u00f3a.<br \/>\n+ K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 \u2264 5 BU th\u00ec Hemophilia c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u gi\u00e1 kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 th\u1ea5p, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u0103ng li\u1ec1u y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111\u00f4ng m\u00e1u.<\/p>\n<h2>4. \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb Hemophilia:<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Nguy\u00ean t\u1eafc \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb: cung c\u1ea5p c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111\u00f4ng m\u00e1u, gi\u1ea3m v\u00e0 ph\u00f2ng ng\u1eeba c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 g\u00e2y xu\u1ea5t huy\u1ebft.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0110\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111\u00f4ng m\u00e1u:<br \/>\n+ M\u1ed9t \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII (ho\u1eb7c IX) l\u00e0 s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII (ho\u1eb7c IV) c\u00f3 trong 1ml huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng b\u00ecnh th\u01b0\u1eddng.<br \/>\n+ M\u1ed9t \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII\/kg n\u00e2ng n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIII trong<strong> huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng l\u00ean 2%, th\u1eddi gian b\u00e1n h\u1ee7y 12 gi\u1edd<\/strong>. \u0110\u1ec1 c\u1ea7m m\u00e1u b\u00ecnh th\u01b0\u1eddng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 VIIIc c\u1ea7n ph\u1ea3i n\u00e2ng l\u00ean tr\u00ean 30%. Trong ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt l\u1edbn hay ch\u1ea5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng n\u1eb7ng c\u1ea7n n\u00e2ng VIIIc l\u00ean g\u1ea7n 100%.<\/p>\n<p>+ M\u1ed9t \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 IX\/kg n\u00e2ng n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 IV trong huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng l\u00ean 1%, th\u1eddi gian b\u00e1n h\u1ee7y 24 gi\u1edd.
