D\u1ef1a tr\u00ean t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng c\u00f3 hay kh\u00f4ng k\u00e8m theo t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 quan \u0111\u00edch, c\u01a1n THA \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chia th\u00e0nh 2 th\u1ec3: THA c\u1ea5p c\u1ee9u (Hypertensive emergencies) v\u00e0 THA kh\u1ea9n tr\u01b0\u01a1ng (Hypertensive urgencies).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u0103ng huy\u1ebft \u00e1p c\u1ea5p c\u1ee9u <\/strong>l\u00e0 t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng t\u0103ng huy\u1ebft \u00e1p k\u1ecbch ph\u00e1t (\u2265 180\/120 mmHg) c\u00f3 k\u00e8m theo c\u00e1c b\u1eb1ng ch\u1ee9ng v\u1ec1 t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 quan \u0111\u00edch m\u1edbi xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n ho\u1eb7c ti\u1ec5n tri\u1ec3n, th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111e do\u1ea1 \u0111\u1ebfn t\u00ednh m\u1ea1ng. T\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u01a1 quan \u0111\u00edch th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p l\u00e0: B\u1ec7nh n\u00e3o t\u0103ng huy\u1ebft \u00e1p, xu\u1ea5t huy\u1ebft n\u1ed9i s\u1ecd, nh\u1ed3i m\u00e1u c\u01a1 tim c\u1ea5p, suy th\u1ea5t tr\u00e1i c\u1ea5p t\u00ednh k\u00e8m ph\u00f9 ph\u1ed5i, \u0111au th\u1eaft ng\u1ef1c, t\u00e1ch th\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ed9ng m\u1ea1ch ch\u1ee7 hay s\u1ea3n gi\u1eadt.
