1.Gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u chung\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Thi\u1ebfu m\u00e1u c\u1ee7a b\u1ec7nh th\u1eadn m\u1ea1n t\u00ednh (CKD) l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn trong b\u1ec7nh th\u1eadn m\u1ea1n t\u00ednh, th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ec3 l\u1ea1i c\u00e1c bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng x\u1ea5u v\u00e0 l\u00e0m t\u0103ng nguy c\u01a1 t\u1eed vong. Thi\u1ebfu m\u00e1u th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 khi huy\u1ebft s\u1eafc t\u1ed1 < 13,0g\/dL \u1edf nam gi\u1edbi v\u00e0 < 12,0g\/dL \u1edf ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef. T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 thi\u1ebfu m\u00e1u t\u0103ng theo giai \u0111o\u1ea1n b\u1ec7nh th\u1eadn m\u1ea1n, t\u1eeb 8,4% \u1edf giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 1 l\u00ean 53,4% \u1edf giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 5<\/span><\/p>\n

Th\u1eadn c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng l\u1ecdc m\u00e1u, lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t th\u1ea3i v\u00e0 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t s\u1ef1 c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng c\u1ee7a ch\u1ea5t l\u1ecfng v\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t \u0111i\u1ec7n gi\u1ea3i trong c\u01a1 th\u1ec3. Nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n g\u00e2y thi\u1ebfu m\u00e1u c\u1ee7a b\u1ec7nh th\u1eadn m\u1ea1n t\u00ednh (CDK) bao g\u1ed3m: thi\u1ebfu s\u1eaft, vi\u00eam v\u00e0 t\u00edch t\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9c t\u1ed1 ure, nhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng, suy dinh d\u01b0\u1ee1ng<\/span><\/p>\n

Khi r\u01a1i v\u00e0o t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng thi\u1ebfu m\u00e1u c\u1ee7a b\u1ec7nh th\u1eadn m\u1ea1n t\u00ednh (CDK) c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 g\u00e2y ra m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng nh\u01b0 sau: m\u1ec7t m\u1ecfi, h\u1ee5t h\u01a1i, da nh\u1ee3t nh\u1ea1t b\u1ea5t th\u01b0\u1eddng, nh\u1ee9c m\u1ecfi c\u01a1 th\u1ec3, \u0111au ng\u1ef1c, ch\u00f3ng m\u1eb7t, ng\u1ea5t x\u1ec9u, nh\u1ecbp tim nhanh ho\u1eb7c kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ec1u, nh\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ea7u, v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 v\u1ec1 gi\u1ea5c ng\u1ee7, kh\u00f3 t\u1eadp trung\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a: Daprodustat \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu b\u1edfi CYP2C8 (95%) v\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ph\u1ea7n nh\u1ecf qua enzyme CYP3A4 (5%).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Th\u1ea3i tr\u1eeb: Sau 7 ng\u00e0y u\u1ed1ng Daprodustat, kho\u1ea3ng 74% \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u00e0o th\u1ea3i qua ph\u00e2n v\u00e0 21% qua n\u01b0\u1edbc ti\u1ec3u.
