C\u00e1c tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p \u2264pT1bN0 c\u0169ng n\u00ean c\u00e2n nh\u1eafc v\u1edbi ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh n\u00e0y (xem x\u00e9t th\u00eam c\u00e1c \u0111\u1eb7c \u0111i\u1ec3m l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng, b\u1ec7nh h\u1ecdc kh\u00e1c). Th\u1eddi gian \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb trastuzumab chu\u1ea9n l\u00e0 1 n\u0103m. \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p nguy c\u01a1 th\u1ea5p ho\u1eb7c b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n c\u00f3 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n kinh t\u1ebf h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng trastuzumab v\u1edbi th\u1eddi gian ng\u1eafn h\u01a1n, t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 9 tu\u1ea7n. V\u1edbi c\u00e1c tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p h\u1ea1ch d\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00ednh, c\u00e2n nh\u1eafc k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p h\u00f3a tr\u1ecb v\u1edbi trastuzumab v\u00e0 pertuzumab. Kh\u00f4ng d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi thu\u1ed1c kh\u00e1ng HER2 v\u1edbi anthracycline.<\/li>\n<li>Ung th\u01b0 v\u00fa b\u1ed9 ba \u00e2m t\u00ednh c\u0169ng c\u00f3 l\u1ee3i \u00edch t\u1eeb h\u00f3a tr\u1ecb b\u1ed5 tr\u1ee3, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t t\u1eeb pT1bN0 tr\u1edf l\u00ean. N\u1ebfu th\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 n\u1ed9i ti\u1ebft \u00e2m t\u00ednh v\u00e0\/ho\u1eb7c HER d\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00ednh; ho\u1eb7c ER v\u00e0 PR \u00e2m t\u00ednh v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 m\u00f4 h\u1ecdc 1 th\u00ec c\u1ea7n l\u00e0m l\u1ea1i x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m h\u00f3a m\u00f4 mi\u1ec5n d\u1ecbch. N\u1ebfu l\u00e0m l\u1ea1i x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m, k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 ER v\u00e0 PR \u00e2m t\u00ednh th\u00ec \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb nh\u01b0 c\u00e1c th\u1ec3 m\u00f4 b\u1ec7nh h\u1ecdc th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng.
