Li\u1ec1u kh\u1edfi \u0111\u1ea7u: Allopurinol 100mg\/ng\u00e0y trong v\u00f2ng 1 tu\u1ea7n, sau \u0111\u00f3 t\u0103ng 200-300mg\/ng\u00e0y. N\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 acid uric m\u00e1u th\u01b0\u1eddng tr\u1edf v\u1ec1 b\u00ecnh th\u01b0\u1eddng v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u 200-300mg\/ng\u00e0y. Kh\u00f4ng n\u00ean ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh trong trong c\u01a1n g\u00fat c\u1ea5p m\u00e0 n\u00ean ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh khi t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng vi\u00eam kh\u1edbp \u0111\u00e3 thuy\u00ean gi\u1ea3m, sau 1-2 tu\u1ea7n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng colchicin. Ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh khi acid uric ni\u1ec7u tr\u00ean 600 mg\/24 gi\u1edd, suy th\u1eadn, s\u1ecfi th\u1eadn, ng\u01b0\u1eddi cao tu\u1ed5i, g\u00fat m\u1ea1n c\u00f3 h\u1ea1t tophi. \u0110\u00f4i khi c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 d\u00f9ng ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p allopurinol v\u1edbi m\u1ed9t lo\u1ea1i thu\u1ed1c t\u0103ng \u0111\u00e0o th\u1ea3i acid uric.
