T\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c thu\u1ed1c gi\u1eefa Carbamazepin v\u00e0 Phenytoin<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>3.1 C\u01a1 ch\u1ebf<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>C\u00f3 3 c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c thu\u1ed1c x\u1ea3y ra gi\u1eefa Carbamazepin v\u00e0 Phenytoin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carbamazepin s\u1ebd l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9, gi\u1ea3m t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a Phenytoin b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a enzym CYP2C9\/10 \u1edf gan.
