– Tr\u1ebb em > 1 tu\u1ed5i: 10 – 15mg\/kg\/ng\u00e0y (t\u1ed1i \u0111a 800mg), chia 2 l\u1ea7n\/ng\u00e0y.<\/span><\/p>\n

b) \u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb theo th\u1ec3 b\u1ec7nh<\/span><\/p>\n

– \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi th\u1ec3 th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng: m\u1ed7i \u0111\u1ee3t 14 ng\u00e0y<\/span><\/p>\n

– Ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef c\u00f3 thai ho\u1eb7c \u0111ang cho con b\u00fa.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Tr\u1ebb em < 1 tu\u1ed5i.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 ti\u1ec1n s\u1eed nhi\u1ec5m \u0111\u1ed9c t\u1ee7y x\u01b0\u01a1ng.<\/span><\/p>\n

d) L\u01b0u \u00fd<\/span><\/p>\n

– Th\u1eadn tr\u1ecdng khi d\u00f9ng albendazol v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi suy gan, suy th\u1eadn.<\/span><\/p>\n

– C\u00e1c t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng kh\u00f4ng mong mu\u1ed1n c\u1ee7a albendazole, trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 gi\u1ea3m b\u1ea1ch c\u1ea7u h\u1ea1t, m\u1ea5t b\u1ea1ch c\u1ea7u h\u1ea1t, gi\u1ea3m c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i huy\u1ebft c\u1ea7u v\u00e0 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng gan khi d\u00f9ng k\u00e9o d\u00e0i. Do \u0111\u00f3, c\u1ea7n l\u00e0m x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c m\u00e1u v\u00e0 ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng gan (c\u00e1c transaminase) khi b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u m\u1ed7i chu k\u1ef3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb v\u00e0 \u00edt nh\u1ea5t 2 tu\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t l\u1ea7n trong khi \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb. N\u1ebfu enzyme gan t\u0103ng nhi\u1ec1u, n\u00ean ng\u1eebng d\u00f9ng Albendazol. T\u00f9y theo tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u00e1c thu\u1ed1c \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.5. Theo d\u00f5i sau \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

T\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb cho b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n t\u1ed1i \u0111a 3 \u0111\u1ee3t, m\u1ed7i \u0111\u1ee3t c\u00e1ch nhau 1 th\u00e1ng. Sau m\u1ed7i \u0111\u1ee3t c\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 l\u1ea1i c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1: tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng, ELISA, c\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c m\u00e1u, ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng gan th\u1eadn, n\u1ebfu c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n r\u00f5 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 d\u1eebng \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb. N\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng th\u00ec ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ee3t 2, 3 v\u1edbi li\u1ec1u l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1 \u0111\u1ee3t 1. Sau ba \u0111\u1ee3t \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb n\u1ebfu c\u00e1c tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng v\u1eabn kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ee1 c\u1ea7n xem l\u1ea1i ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n, l\u00e0m th\u00eam ho\u1eb7c l\u00e0m l\u1ea1i c\u00e1c x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m \u0111\u1ec3 c\u00f3 h\u01b0\u1edbng ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n v\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb kh\u00e1c ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p h\u01a1n.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Ph\u00f2ng b\u1ec7nh<\/h2>\n

– T\u1ea9y giun \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 cho ch\u00f3, m\u00e8o. V\u1edbi ch\u00f3, m\u00e8o con, c\u1ea7n t\u1ea9<\/span>y\u00a0giun li\u1ec1u \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean ngay khi ch\u00fang m\u1edbi sinh ra 2-3 tu\u1ea7n tu\u1ed5i (v\u00ec ch\u00f3, m\u00e8o con c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nhi\u1ec5m giun t\u1eeb m\u1eb9<\/span>\u00a0tr\u01b0\u1edbc ho\u1eb7c sau sinh, ho\u1eb7c qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng s\u1eefa v\u00e0 ch\u00f3 con th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u00e0o th\u1ea3i tr\u1ee9ng nhi\u1ec1u trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng), t\u1ea9y 3 l\u1ea7n c\u00e1ch nhau m\u1ed7i 2 tu\u1ea7n v\u00e0 sau \u0111\u00f3 nh\u1eafc l\u1ea1i 6 th\u00e1ng m\u1ed9t l\u1ea7n. – V\u1ec7 sinh ph\u00f2ng b\u1ec7nh: V\u1ec7 sinh m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 khu v\u1ef1c c\u00f3 ph\u00e2n ch\u00f3, ph\u00e2n m\u00e8o, khu v\u1ef1c trong nh\u00e0 v\u00e0 khu v\u1ef1c vui ch\u01a1i c\u1ee7a tr\u1ebb em;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Thu d\u1ecdn, lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf ngay c\u00e1c ph\u00e2n c\u00e1c th\u00fa c\u01b0ng \u0111\u1ec3 ng\u0103n ng\u1eeba tr\u1ee9ng t\u1eeb c\u00e1c con v\u1eadt nhi\u1ec5m.<\/span><\/p>\n
