C\u00e1ch t\u00ednh \u0111i\u1ec3m<\/h2>\n<p>Ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 FIB-4 c\u00e0ng cao, t\u1ee9c l\u00e0 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng gan c\u00e0ng n\u1eb7ng. Di\u1ec7n t\u00edch d\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng cong ROC trong ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t gi\u1eefa giai \u0111o\u1ea1n Ishak (0-3) v\u00e0 Ishak (4-6) l\u00e0 0,765. \u1ede \u0111i\u1ec3m c\u1eaft FIB-4 &lt;1,45 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb ti\u00ean \u0111o\u00e1n \u00e2m lo\u1ea1i tr\u1eeb x\u01a1 h\u00f3a n\u1eb7ng (Ishak 4-6) l\u00e0 90% v\u1edbi \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u1ea1y 70%. \u1ede \u0111i\u1ec3m c\u1eaft FIB-4 &gt;3,25 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb ti\u00ean \u0111o\u00e1n d\u01b0\u01a1ng 65% v\u1edbi \u0111\u1ed9 \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u cao t\u1edbi 97% [7]. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 FIB-4 ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i x\u01a1 h\u00f3a gan t\u1ed1t khi FIB-4 n\u1eb1m ngo\u00e0i kho\u1ea3ng gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb t\u1eeb 1,45 &#8211; 3,25.<\/p>\n<h2>3. \u1ee8ng d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a thang \u0111i\u1ec3m FIB-4<\/h2>\n<p>Thang \u0111i\u1ec3m FIB-4 c\u0169ng c\u00f3 \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng trong \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 x\u01a1 gan. C\u00e1c \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng ch\u00ednh c\u1ee7a thang \u0111i\u1ec3m FIB-4 trong \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 x\u01a1 gan bao g\u1ed3m:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0110\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 x\u01a1 gan: Ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 FIB-4 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 x\u01a1 gan.
