LIRADS kh\u00f4ng khuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1o s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng si\u00eau \u00e2m \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n kh\u1ed1i u gan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 h\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e2n \u0111\u1ed9 kh\u1ed1i u theo LIRADS. C\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 n\u00e0y bao g\u1ed3m k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc, s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u1ed1i u, m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 t\u00edn hi\u1ec7u v\u00e0 c\u00e1c d\u1ea5u hi\u1ec7u kh\u00e1c.<\/li>\n<li>\u0110\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 s\u1ef1 xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 r\u1ee7i ro cho ung th\u01b0 gan, bao g\u1ed3m vi\u1ec7c c\u00f3 n\u1ec1n gan teo, ung th\u01b0 gan giai \u0111o\u1ea1n tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3 v\u00e0 c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 kh\u00e1c.<\/li>\n<li>S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng LIRADS \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 kh\u1ed1i u gan v\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p th\u00f4ng tin chi ti\u1ebft v\u1ec1 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc, v\u1ecb tr\u00ed, c\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ed9 t\u00edn hi\u1ec7u v\u00e0 c\u00e1c d\u1ea5u hi\u1ec7u kh\u00e1c. C\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ti\u1ec7n ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n h\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh LIRADS c\u1ea7n cung c\u1ea5p th\u00f4ng tin ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7 v\u1ec1 kh\u1ed1i u gan \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u00fap c\u00e1c chuy\u00ean gia y t\u1ebf \u0111\u01b0a ra quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c1p d\u1ee5ng cho c\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n c\u00f3 nguy c\u01a1 cao b\u1ecb ung th\u01b0 bi\u1ec3u m\u00f4 t\u1ebf b\u00e0o gan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>X\u01a1 gan, ho\u1eb7c<\/li>\n<li>Nhi\u1ec5m HBV m\u1ea1n, ho\u1eb7c<\/li>\n<li>\u0110\u00e3 hay \u0111ang b\u1ecb ung th\u01b0 bi\u1ec3u m\u00f4 t\u1ebf b\u00e0o gan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c1p d\u1ee5ng cho c\u00e1c kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t nhi\u1ec1u th\u00ec c\u00f3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ea5t t\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u1ea3n ngo\u1ea1i b\u00e0o ho\u1eb7c ch\u1ea5t t\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u1ea3n gan-m\u1eadt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kh\u00f4ng \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho c\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 c\u00e1c nguy c\u01a1 tr\u00ean<\/li>\n<li>D\u01b0\u1edbi 18 tu\u1ed5i<\/li>\n<li>X\u01a1 gan do x\u01a1 h\u00f3a gan b\u1ea9m sinh<\/li>\n<li>X\u01a1 gan do c\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd m\u1ea1ch m\u00e1u nh\u01b0 b\u1ec7nh gi\u00e3n m\u1ea1ch m\u00e1u xu\u1ea5t huy\u1ebft di truy\u1ec1n (hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia), h\u1ed9i ch\u1ee9ng Budd-Chiari, t\u1eafc t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch c\u1eeda m\u1ea1n, b\u1ec7nh tim \u1ee9 m\u00e1u, hay t\u0103ng s\u1ea3n t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o d\u1ea1ng n\u1ed1t lan t\u1ecfa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211;
