Kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng h\u00f2a tan m\u00f4 ho\u1ea1i t\u1eed c\u1ee7a n\u00f3 l\u1edbn h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi m\u00f4 c\u00f2n s\u1ed1ng. Nh\u1eefng t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t qu\u00fd gi\u00e1 n\u00e0y \u0111\u00e3 khuy\u1ebfn kh\u00edch vi\u1ec7c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t dung d\u1ecbch b\u01a1m r\u1eeda c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n trong \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb t\u1ee7y r\u0103ng t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ea7u nh\u1eefng n\u0103m 1920.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2>T\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t b\u01a1m r\u1eeda c\u1ee7a natri hypochloride<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u00e3 ch\u1ec9 ra r\u1eb1ng khi NaOCl ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng v\u1edbi n\u01b0\u1edbc, n\u00f3 \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tr\u1ea1ng th\u00e1i c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng \u0111\u1ed9ng nh\u01b0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u00f4 t\u1ea3 d\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111\u00e2y :<\/p>\n<p>NaOCl + H2O \u2194 NaOH + HOCl \u2194 Na+ + OH- + H+<\/p>\n<p>NaOCl ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng v\u1edbi m\u00f4 h\u1eefu c\u01a1, d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng x\u00e0 ph\u00f2ng h\u00f3a, trung ho\u00e0 axit amin v\u00e0 c\u00e1c ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng nh\u00f3m chloramine. Do t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng h\u00f2a tan v\u1edbi c\u00e1c m\u00f4 b\u1ecb ho\u1ea1i t\u1eed, NaOCl \u0111\u00e3 tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh dung d\u1ecbch b\u01a1m r\u1eeda ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t trong \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb n\u1ed9i nha.<\/p>\n<p>Tuy nhi\u00ean, n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p c\u1ee7a dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng trong \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb n\u1ed9i nha v\u1eabn \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tranh lu\u1eadn. V\u1eadt ch\u1ea5t h\u1eefu c\u01a1 (d\u1ecbch vi\u00eam, ph\u1ea7n m\u00f4 c\u00f2n s\u00f3t l\u1ea1i v\u00e0 kh\u1ed1i l\u01b0\u1ee3ng vi khu\u1ea9n) trong c\u00e1c \u1ed1ng t\u1ee7y gi\u1ea3m hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a NaOCl. N\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 cao c\u1ee7a NaOCl c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng h\u00f2a tan t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n. N\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ea5p \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng v\u1edbi th\u1ec3 t\u00edch l\u1edbn c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed9 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1edbi n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 cao. Ngo\u00e0i ra, n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 cao c\u1ee7a NaOCl c\u0169ng \u0111\u1ed9c h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ec c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac c\u1ee7a h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng \u1ed1ng t\u1ee7y gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng l\u00e0m s\u1ea1ch c\u1ee7a NaOCl ch\u1ec9 trong \u1ed1ng t\u1ee7y n\u00ean n\u00f3 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng an to\u00e0n \u1edf n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 cao trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb \u1ed1ng t\u1ee7y khi ch\u1eafc ch\u1eafn kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u01b0a v\u00e0o c\u00e1c m\u00f4 xung quanh v\u00f9ng ch\u00f3p r\u0103ng. Ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh c\u1ee7a n\u00f3 t\u0103ng l\u00ean t\u1ec9 l\u1ec7 thu\u1eadn v\u1edbi n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 v\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian b\u01a1m r\u1eeda. Khi NaOCl \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nh\u01b0 dung d\u1ecbch b\u01a1m r\u1eeda, t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y m\u00f4 ho\u1ea1i t\u1eed h\u1eefu c\u01a1 tr\u00ean ng\u00e0 r\u0103ng kh\u00f4ng m\u1ea1nh, v\u00ec hydroxyapatite trong l\u1edbp \u201csmear layer\u201d tr\u00ean b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t ng\u00e0 r\u0103ng che ph\u1ee7 b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t collagen. Khi NaOCl \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u1edf giai \u0111o\u1ea1n n\u00e0y, n\u00f3 t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp v\u00e0o collagen, d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn vi\u1ec7c ph\u00e1 hu\u1ef7 collagen nhanh ch\u00f3ng tr\u00ean b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t ng\u00e0 r\u0103ng. Sau khi qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb h\u00f3a-c\u01a1 h\u1ecdc \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o h\u00ecnh \u1ed1ng t\u1ee7y \u00a0\u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ho\u00e0n t\u1ea5t, hi\u1ec7n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u0103n m\u00f2n ng\u00e0 r\u0103ng s\u1ebd x\u1ea3y ra khi s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng NaOCl k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) ho\u1eb7c citric acid (CA).<\/p>\n<p>Kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng h\u00f2a tan m\u00f4 c\u1ee7a dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u0103ng l\u00ean b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch t\u0103ng nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 dung d\u1ecbch, k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t si\u00eau \u00e2m v\u00e0 k\u00e9o d\u00e0i th\u1eddi gian l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c. M\u1ed9t trong nh\u1eefng ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 t\u0103ng ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh l\u00e0 t\u0103ng nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 c\u1ee7a dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ea5p. Kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng h\u00f2a tan m\u00f4 c\u1ee7a dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl 1% \u1edf 45\u00b0C \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng minh t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1edbi dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl 5,25% \u1edf 20\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Ngo\u00e0i ra, \u0111\u1ed9c t\u00ednh c\u1ee7a dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ea5p \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0m n\u00f3ng th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi c\u00e1c dung d\u1ecbch c\u00f3 n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 cao \u1edf nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u00f2ng. Hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 kh\u00e1ng khu\u1ea9n h\u00f2a tan m\u00f4 c\u1ee7a dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl 5,25% gi\u1ea3m \u0111i khi dung d\u1ecbch b\u1ecb pha lo\u00e3ng.<\/p>\n<p>Khi pha lo\u00e3ng dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl v\u1edbi n\u01b0\u1edbc, ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng sau x\u1ea3y ra:<\/p>\n<p>NaOCl + H2O \u2192 NaOH + HOCl (axit hypochlorous)<\/p>\n<p>Axit hypochlorous trong dung d\u1ecbch n\u01b0\u1edbc tan th\u00e0nh anion hypochlorite (OCl-):<\/p>\n<p>HOCl \u2194 H + OCl-<\/p>\n<p>Axit hypochlorous (HOCl) l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ch\u1ea5t oxy h\u00f3a m\u1ea1nh h\u01a1n ion hypochlorite (OCl\u2212). Ph\u00e2n li c\u1ee7a HOCl ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o pH. S\u1ef1 c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng v\u1ec1 n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 gi\u1eefa HOCl v\u00e0 OCl\u2212.<\/p>\n<p>HOCl c\u00f3 t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng kh\u00e1ng khu\u1ea9n. \u1ede pH 10, h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft clo \u1edf d\u1ea1ng OCl\u2212; \u1edf pH 4,5, h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft clo \u1edf d\u1ea1ng HOCl.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00ednh kh\u1eed tr\u00f9ng c\u1ee7a dung d\u1ecbch hypochlorite gi\u1ea3m \u0111i khi pH t\u0103ng, trong khi hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 kh\u00e1ng vi khu\u1ea9n t\u0103ng l\u00ean khi pH gi\u1ea3m.<\/p>\n<p>S\u1ef1 k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t c\u01a1 h\u1ecdc b\u1eb1ng NaOCl r\u1ea5t quan tr\u1ecdng \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o ra t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y m\u00f4. S\u1ef1 k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t si\u00eau \u00e2m gia t\u0103ng ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh c\u1ee7a dung d\u1ecbch NaOCl 5% \u1edf v\u00f9ng ch\u00f3p c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c \u1ed1ng t\u1ee7y. Khi NaOCl \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t b\u1eb1ng thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb si\u00eau \u00e2m, n\u00f3 ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng sau khi ho\u00e0n th\u00e0nh vi\u1ec7c t\u1ea1o h\u00ecnh \u1ed1ng t\u1ee7y. So v\u1edbi c\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee5 ti\u1ebfp x\u00fac v\u1edbi th\u00e0nh \u1ed1ng t\u1ee7y, m\u1ed9t d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee5 dao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ef1 do c\u00f3 s\u1ebd t\u1ea1o hi\u1ec7u \u1ee9ng si\u00eau \u00e2m t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi dung d\u1ecbch b\u01a1m r\u1eeda.<\/p>\n<p>S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng NaOCl \u0111\u1ec3 b\u01a1m r\u1eeda l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m s\u1ee9c b\u00e1m gi\u1eefa h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng d\u00e1n d\u00ednh v\u00e0 th\u00e0nh ng\u00e0 r\u0103ng. NaOCl \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cho l\u00e0 lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf s\u1ee3i collagen t\u1eeb b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t ng\u00e0 r\u0103ng, do \u0111\u00f3 \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh t\u1ea1o th\u00e0nh l\u1edbp li\u00ean k\u1ebft \u2013 y\u00eau c\u1ea7u \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1ef1 k\u1ebft n\u1ed1i gi\u1eefa ng\u00e0 r\u0103ng v\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t d\u00e1n d\u00ednh.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2>T\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c gi\u1eefa natri hypochloride v\u1edbi c\u00e1c dung d\u1ecbch b\u01a1m r\u1eeda kh\u00e1c<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng gi\u1eefa NaOCl v\u00e0 clohexidin (CHX) t\u1ea1o ra para-chloroaniline (PCA), l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ch\u1ea5t g\u00e2y ung th\u01b0.
